About Us

Part Swap was founded by two friends and automotive enthusiasts for the benefit of the automotive community. The problem was finding ourselves trying to navigate through countless ads on other listing platforms that were irrelevant to our search. Some offer specific auto part sections that end up getting flooded with spam and non-related ads. Our goal was to create a platform that is easy for people to connect with others in their area with the sole purpose of buying and selling auto parts. Our platform is always free to use and designed to help people complete projects, sell their stuff and keep their cars on the road. We hope to help the automotive community grow and stay connected as we are passionate about the industry. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with ideas or ways we can improve our offering. We hope to see you out in the streets soon!

    Michael Wilson | Michael@partswap.org

Co-founder of Part Swap. I was born and raised in Arizona. I became interested in cars at a very young age. At 16 I purchased my first car, a 1999 Dodge Dakota R/T. I immediately began modifying the truck any way I could with little funds and learning how to work on cars as I went. I loved taking the truck out to Firebird Raceway (Now Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park) on Friday nights with friends and running down the track. I am nearing completion on a Mustang restoration project on a 1967 Mustang with a 351 Cleveland. I have bought and sold countless Mustang/351C parts on online classifieds. I am excited to utilize Part Swap myself as I still have a garage full of parts and there are still a number of pieces I need to complete the car. I hope Part Swap will make it easier for everyone in the future to do the same for their projects!

    Part Swap Co-Founder Norm

    Norman Roberts | Norman@partswap.org

Co-founder of Part Swap. I was born in Michigan and moved to Arizona in the year 2000. Being raised by my grandparents I was always around my grandfather who was a mechanic. Basically, my grandfather always had an assistant when he worked on his own cars which included a few corvettes. During high school going down to Firebird Raceway (Now Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park) on Friday nights were always a blast whether I was racing or watching. By creating Part Swap its an opportunity to bring the community together. Whether you are an enthusiast, mechanic, or a racer you will find the part you need at Part Swap.
